Christian J. Scognamillo
Christian J. Scognamillo is an associate of the Firm. Christian received his B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford CT in 1991and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. Prior to joining the Firm, Christian was an associate in the Palo Alto office of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. He is a member of the California Bar.
Christian handles general corporate, securities and venture financing matters for emerging growth and middle market companies. His practice involves entity formation and governance, public and private offerings of securities, securities compliance, equity financings and reorganization matters including asset sales, mergers and acquisitions.
